Ordinary time... the time between significant events. Why isn't every moment significant? Once I write about it, doesn't it become an "event"? Is it then no longer "ordinary"? We define so much of our lives with time: birthdays, anniversaries, work time vs weekend, countdown to vacation. We mark these specific events as special. But what about all that other time? Do we write off the majority of our lives as insignificant, not special? Just ”ordinary”?
